Are our valuation reports accepted by the relevant authorities?

We have quite a number of customers asking us whether our valuation reports are accepted by Singapore’s relevant authorities.

Our answer is YES. Our valuation reports are signed by licensed valuers, whose licences are issued by Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). We need to renew our licence annually, without which we are unable to practice as professional valuers. Besides that, our valuers are members of Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).

Our valuation reports are recognised by authorities such as Singapore Land Office (SLA), Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), Housing and Development Board (HDB) and Central Provident Fund Board (CPF) etc.
